VC Summer

  • Developed integrated risk register, analytics process, and tool.
  • Led early constructability and licensing setup to ASME III system engineering, fabrication oversight, and final safety-related equipment closeout.
  • On site from start to post-cancellation.

Vogtle Units 3 & 4

  • Served as independent advisor strengthening governance, controls, and project oversight.
  • Delivered risk, schedule, cost, and contract management tools and analysis.
United Arab Emirates

Barakah

  • Led teams from concept development and licensing to start-up and grid connection, including EPC contract negotiations.
  • Built owner's PMO, operating model, governance, and phased project frameworks, including IMS and licensing-aligned processes.
  • Led ERP and technology rollout to enable compliant, scalable project execution.
